Work Wives

WTF, I got married years back and I didn't notice it.

Don't worry girls, I am still single, ready to mingle, it's just work wives. (rofl)

Disclaimer: Based on a true event. All quotes appearing in this post are non-fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is not coincidental.

Wikipedially, a Wife is a partner in marital relationship.

And Work-spouse is a co-worker, usually of opposite sex with whom we share a special relationship, having bonds as marriage. Now, it's not a new term, it was coined in 1930's with the movie "The Office Wife".

My own definition of work wives is people with whom we come office in same car. We work in same place, lunch at a single table, go back home again together and ... Don't get any naughty ideas. But the true fact is, most bachelors staying away from home, sleeps below the same roof. Such bachelors are no more single, they become Work Wives. Good thing is their relationship is without any commitments. They are friends with material and work benefits.

Work-wives are there right from the time, when you come out of your home. They are known as friends at that time. As soon as you step foot into professional world, you officially have work spouse. There are rare chances when such relationship becomes more than work and goes personal. In other words, they become gf/bf and finally the end-Marriage. Rest of the time, people have boundaries. Work wives can vary from 1 to many depending on the interests and need.

Funny thing is you don't even notice when you move together. Then you take below vows:

1. Rotational basis cooking and cleaning.

2. Taking care of Groceries.

3. Taking care of rent and other bills etc.

Yes, knife fights happens here as well. But don't you think its part and parcel of life. Sometimes, people get divorce also resulting in change of apartment.
Still I like such marriages as they provide someone for everyone. They take care of you when in need. They teach you to live in harmony, to cook and share.

Unfortunately such marriages have an ending too. They end when you change your company/location or you actually get married. With this post, I would like to thanks my work wives for bearing me. I know I can be annoying sometimes, but lesser than you.

I will now leave you, to be with your work wife.

Canada....and Back

View from Split Rock Light house
Friends, few weeks back, I had an adventurous trip to Canada and back to US. Note: DO NOT TRY IT.
I and one crazier guy were thinking where to go on weekend midnight. After lot of checking and thinking, we agreed to visit Duluth. Point to note is, I am living in Minnesota (U.S.A.) which is a border state to Ontario (Canada). The border city is Duluth. Our plan was to reach there early morning and take rest for some time before exploring Duluth. So we reached early morning and were looking for a silent place to sleep. We passed from a place where lots of Cops were there due to some issue going on. As soon as we passed, one cop caught us, courtesy of my crazy friend, he was about to hit a curb and cop saw that. He was a good guy, he left us just like that.
Light House
We roamed around the area for some time and parked our car to have some sleep. Morning, we got fresh and walked along side Superior lake. It's the largest lake of North America, it’s so big, that they should rename it as ocean. Well the walk, bridges and all were good but we were not able to enjoy the fall color as its still weeks for that.
Next we moved to the Light house. It’s good to visit the light house if you want to enjoy history as well as beautiful area near the lake. Split rock Lighthouse is one of the picturesque lighthouse of US. It was built after a famous storm in which 29 ships were lost. Until 1969 before retiring, it played a very good role of guiding ships at lake. Now we were feeling damn hungry, so we started looking for some lunch. Unfortunately the only veggie-Subway was closed due to Labor Day, so we managed with DQ.
Boat for display @ Duluth
Now, we would have seen Gooseberry falls but we were more interested in adding a Country to our list. Hence we continued our journey towards border.  The most hilarious thing about Canada-US border was that there is no proper border. Until you have already stepped foot inside Canada. We just wanted to see border from a distance, but we never knew when we have crossed US. There is just a one way bridge and as soon as you cross it, you will be in Canada. Now you have to pass immigration to enter in any country. There was a car line ahead of us who were going for immigration check. We didn’t had any plans/passport/visa to enter Canada, so we planned to pull into a side parking and take a U turn. Shit happens and it happened-that lot was inside Canada. You have to cross a truck line to reach there, we didn’t knew that it was a truck line.
Morning @ Duluth
Siren started buzzing and Canada Border patrol came rushing towards us. They were the one who confirmed us, that we are actually in Canada and now we had to go through Immigration. We explained them our situation. The guy who caught was a good guy, he asked us to sit and wait for immigration officer call. We were slight tensed, actually waiting for the unknown was killing us. We didn’t know what’s going to happen as it was the first unknown border crossing. Soon the same guy called us and guided us to sign a paper. It said that we are withdrawing our visa application which we never applied. Instead we entered.

Welcome to Ontario
He explained us that it’s the best and fastest way to get out of Canada. He was such a good guy, that he even called America and informed them about our commencing. So, American immigration will not question much. We thanked him and came back to America. As expected, they also asked us to pull our car side and enter for immigration check. We explained them the situation and they checked our identities. Soon they were able to grasp it and informed us not to do it again. Sometimes border patrol may not be able to identify us especially without passports. Hence it’s good to avoid such situations.

Finally, we were back in our home country-America. Sounds funny, still true in certain ways.

Then we headed towards our home in Minneapolis with a pizza break on the way.

PS: Let me know, if you wanna see a video of me entering Canada, it would be risky to post here.

Its Vegas… Baby

Ceasers
Las Vegas or just Vegas is most mast (happening) place of Nevada, US. It’s famous for Gambling, Shopping, Dining and … last but not the least- Night Life. Its major attraction is gambling and night life, I was there for 2 nights and was playing all time. So you can imagine, how it is. Some people even call it as The Entertainment Capital of the World. I must say, Vegas has the best hotels I have ever seen. All the hotels have a different architecture, some are theme hotels. For example, there is a hotel-Venetian. It wonderfully depicts Vatican City architecture. They have even created the artificial Tiber River in which you can spend some romantic moments in a boat. There are many hotels to talk about, will come to that part later in the post.

New York
We started for Vegas on Friday Eve, reached by 8 PM local time. The most amazing part of the trip was, we visited their at a Friend's Bachelor party. What could be the best place to have a bachelor party other than Vegas, at least I hoped that.  So, we reached at the airport and waited for our friends to join, once the crew was set to go. We checked in our hotels and I must say it was huge. As we wanted to be on top floor, we got 26th floor room. When we were fresh and fired up, we took a Mono Rail to MGM Grand Hotel for DJ Tiesto. The Club was swarming with people, it took us 15 minutes to enter and have a proper space to dance. We danced around 3-4 hours and next plan was to hit one more club, but due to some confusions, we reached a wrong club. Still few people wanted to go original one, so we waited for our car and went there. Even after all the efforts, we dropped our plan of going in. Its cover fee increased as we didn’t used their cab. Bummer.

Paris in vegas
Finally we went in Palazzo casino early morning around 3-4 AM. We tried to play Roulette- a crazy one, actually lost some money and slept. Next day, we headed for Indian restaurant, had nice food and started hitting casinos. Due to hot sunny day, we entered in the closest casino near us @ Encore. It has one of the best architecture in Vegas, especially the pool area. It’s like cake for your eyes. Then we entered Wynn, met with rest. Played till night and had few drinks, yea I don't drink but groom made me to take a sip-neat. For a moment, I felt heavy headed and then it was normal.

@ Circus Circus
As per plan, our next adventure was a night club. Beep Beep Beep. Headed to our hotel and then slept. On the last day, we checked out, had lunch and said good byes to our friends as they were heading back. We still had the whole day at our disposal, so we started exploring all the hotels. Starting from Ceasers-A Roman theme hotel with a Colosseum. Nearby we had Bellagio and its famous Fountain. Then we moved to Eiffel Tower-Paris, Brooklyn Bridge-Newyork. Next was Aria, The Cosmopolitan and finally MGM Grand. Since Sun was going down, so we thought its better to collect our bags. When we reached hotel and collected bags, still had some time before we should go airport. Hence we made another stop at Hotel Circus Circus for obviously Circus show, it was good. Then we played for some time there and lost some more money hi hi hi. Their casino was looking like poor people’s casino, but took the same money from us. Presenting a glimpse of Vegas in below video.

Now it was time to reach airport, booked a cab and reached Airport. The trip was good, with a few twist it would have been better, but that’s fine. Next time.

Jewel cave

Jewel Cave Groupy
It’s been a long time that I have written something, just out of laziness. Never the less, now I am back at top speed, will be posting at least 2 articles. In this post, I am going to take you to a cave filled with all the jewels you want.

Our last day @ South Dakota was the most adventurous day of the trip. Last but the best. It started as usual-with late comers joining the club. We had plans of only watching Jewel Cave National Monument and then returning home as one of our crew member had a flight back so we wanted to come back on time. Once we reached cave, we had to wait until the tour started. Note that tours run as per a schedule. So plan accordingly. Authorities took us to a complete dark cave with no lights as they wanted to make it old school. This tour was named as Lantern Tour as we had to carry Lanterns in our hand inside the cave. Thank God we had Led lanterns among with the old gas lanterns.
Outside Jewel Cave
Cave had different kinds of paths which were known as “Fat man’s misery”- A thin area from where, its difficult for fat people to go through, then there was a “long man’s misery”- A place where you have to duck and pass. Overall it was a good experience, actually the best tour of the trip. It can be considered as the desert of our trip, sweet in the last.

As soon as we started heading back home, we started suffering from Diabetes in other words- our adventure doubled. Heaviest rain, I ever saw in lifetime started hitting us badly. It was such a heavy thunderstorm that nothing was visible. Viper was running at top speed, still it was so difficult to drive that I had to pull up car on side. Then I checked one more setting of wiper, which increased its speed. We waited for some time to allow the storm to lower down a bit and then again started our way back.

Great Indian Food
The crew wanted to have Indian food, so we entered in Rapid City, had dinner and then finally started going back. Thunderstorm was still there, it actually accompanied us on the way back to Minnesota. There was one more new thing I learned, when we were passing from cities, there were alarms buzzing, since it was the first time for us to listen to such kind of warnings, we were quite confused with it. Then we checked our mobiles and got to know that there was a Tornado waiting for us, also the radios, warning started saying that take cover now. Since we were late and in the middle of highway, we stopped under a bridge. There was one more car ahead of us, taking shelter. We asked them about the status and were surprised to know that Tornado was right in front of us.

We stayed under the bridge for some time and then continued our journey. Next we stopped for fueling and to get latest update on the current situation. It seems that Tornado wasn’t an issue now, so we took a sigh of relief and next directly stopped in Minnesota-Home Sweet Home.

4th of July

Wind Cave National Park
July 4th is popular as the Independence Day of US. We celebrated it at the perfect place to be-Mt. Rushmore. Started next day of our South Dakota trip from the Wind cave National Park-a windy place where cave breathes literally. It’s a hidden world down our feet. One of the longest and most complex caves in the world. It homes a unique boxwork, rarely found elsewhere. It is also a sacred place for many tribes and gained tourist attraction in 188. People started making money out of it by just giving tours of it, pretty cool right. Later President Theodore Roosevelt declared it a National Park.

Custer State Park
Needle's Eye-Toughest Drive but cool
Our Next spot was Custer Park which homes Bison’s, elk, deer goats and of course lots of prairie dogs. They also home a special animal-Donkey also known as Begging Burros as they approach various passing cars through the park begging for food. Even we stopped for them and took few pics. In short this park is famous for wildlife viewing, scenic drives and fishing. Next we visited Rushmore and to reach there we had lots of routes, but we were running out of gas, so all of us were trying to get the most optimal route. We found that we should complete the wildlife loop road and take the exit, but exit wasn’t clearly written on the map, just the route was there. All of us followed the road, since it wasn’t a properly built road and no cars were passing us, I was skeptical to follow such routes because of bad experiences, so we thought of asking few people on the way and believe me no one, not even a single soul knew perfect answer. We followed our gut and continued the journey, anyways we didn’t had gas to return too.

Mt. Rushmore
Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse
Somehow we got out and reach Rushmore, just remembered-one of my friend says “Rush bahot ho gaya ab to rush less jina hai”. True saying. So we thought that Rushmore should be the best place to celebrate July 4th, unfortunately it was quite opposite. At least the last night show that we saw was supposed to b way better. That’s fine, next we hopped on to best laser show in town and yes you are correct- we visited Crazy Horse, even with a distance, it was too good.

We were tired now and had no other option but to return to our hotel.

Night Rider

Night Rider @ 2 A.M.
Yes Night Rider, since I started my professional life, I feel like I have become a Night Rider. I was working in night shift for consecutive 2 years for a Retail client and now I have started making night trips in America, Thanks to my hirer as well as my client. There are many pros as well as cons of being a nighty, but its adventurous fun. Last long weekend (Thanks to 4th of July) we planned a road trip to South Dakota. As I was the only driver in team of 8, I tried to have sleep for some time before the trip, but my awesome team, they didn’t allowed me. As usual we started overnight @ 2:30 AM, hence the name evolved Night Rider.
Early Morning @ Siouix Falls
Night got over early and we were submerged in Morning Fog, no visibility beyond 10 feet, dangerously cool. At our first stop, we met granddaughter of Niagra Falls-Siouix Falls. It was scenic with awful smell. We took scenic advantage with cool pics and started heading towards another cool looking place-Badlands, well name precedes its reputation. But actual definition is it’s an ancient sea floor which rose and swallowed the rolling plains. Colorful, dramatic and surreal, the sculptured pinnacles and painted gullies preserve the past in layers of colorful sediment. In lay man language, it’s a photogenic place for us and fossil place for geeks. You can spend around 2hrs here and then move on.

Getting Mixed in Nature
Our next spot is a mystery place also known as Cosmos Mystery Area. This is an awesome place which shows the power of cosmos and boggle your mind. At this place, your height can change or water can flow uphill or a boll can be stagnant on a slope. This place amazes and astonishes your mind, you may be standing straight, but your body will be inclined, how crazy it is. Words can’t describe the experience, but pictures may.
Food Food Indian Food

Group Selfie @Badland

Now all of us were hungry and wanted to have Indian Food, so we visited Kathmandu Hotel in Rapid City, but they were running houseful. We were advised to check out their new branch-Everest Cuisine, as expected it was also crowded, but since we were kind of begging they allowed us. One of their manager even asked us to stand outside and not to stand near the tables as they didn’t had any space. Those guyz were so busy that after some time we started taking things in our hands and another manager had to say “it’s your hotel, take whatever you like, and feel at home”. And yes I took it literally. Overall, it was fun to get Indian food at the end of a tiring day.
Cosmos: Believe me, I am standing straight.

Wisconsin Dells-Americas Largest National Park

Duck Tour
Summer is here, the best time to enjoy swimming pools and that too especially for Minnesotans, if you know what I mean. Well we can dive into any swimming pool, but if you are lucky, you may get a chance to visit Noah’s Ark. It is the Americas largest Waterpark. Me and my friends were planning for it from at least 3 weeks, but due to one or the other reason, we were not able to go.

The Gang
Finally the day came for Dells visit, but before I take you for a ride. Let us first understand history of Dells. Dells became popular because of a landscape photographer H.H. Benett, he distributed prints all over US and hence people started coming to Dells. Then he started offering souvenir pictures of visitors and became first to capitalize tourist trade. Then a person started Duck tour (an amphibious army truck, in other words a truck that can operate on road as well as water) for the visitors. Then Tommy Bartlet show came from Chicago and made it his home followed by many more tourist attractions. Dells is also known as Waterpark capital of the world as it has many big waterparks.
Pool Pose
We started on a weekend morning and covered few attractions of Dells such as the popular Duck tour, Ho Chunk Casino and the Gokart the same day. Next complete day we gave to the Noah’s Ark, actually we visited Dells just to enjoy summer in swimming pool.

Point of No Return
Noah’s Ark is worth to go in Dells, it has slides which are scientifically based. They depend on no. of people, weight and position in which people are sitting. It really gives the thrill that you want sometimes in your life. The longest ride called as “Black Anaconda” is a ¼ mile long diabolical combination of rollercoaster and water slide. Are you brave enough to ride this beast? Then there is Bermuda Triangle, name says it all. There is one darker ride known as Black Thunder, it has got all the mind bending twist and turns, but you don’t have to worry at all, because you won’t see them coming and that’s the fun. Then we have Flash Flood, it’s like standing in Niagra falls and when you hit the flood, there is water in all directions. It even comes out of the park. Wait that’s not it, you can enjoy the other side of it by standing on a bridge and soak it all in.
Scorpions Tail Capsule
They also have Point of No Return, in this slide you will think that you could not have come in but just after that you will be tossed overboard and coming out from 30 feet high cliff in seconds. Well they have many more to offer for example the Time Warp, Dark Voyage, wave Pool, Congo Bongo, Sting Ray, Kowabunga, 4D theatre, but among all, my favorite is Scorpions Tail. They have weight requirements to enter inside it. A ten story high, 400 feet long and has initial drop that sends you down at more than 50feet/sec. Its Americas first nearly vertical waterslide. They put you in a capsule and open the doors from bottom and you will be free falling in the ride. It is scary, the line between thrill and fear is so thin that you might have second thoughts after entering in.

That’s all about the Noahs Ark, find more @ https://www.noahsarkwaterpark.com/. After turning our head in all possible ways (thanks to all the rides), we had dinner and were back home by Night Fall.

Yellowstone National Park

@Grand Canyon
Our 1st Long weekend trip continued to explore one of the most visited place of USA, yes we are talking about the smelly geysari place Yellowstone National Park. It is also described as a wild recreation area on top of volcanic hot spot, but you can’t dare to sit on it, I bet. It also hosts canyons, rivers, forests, hot springs and most important gushing geysers. It’s also a home to bears, wolves, bison, elk and more.
Norris
We started in morning from the Glacier and reached Yellowstone after noon. We directly entered in the park instead of doing time pass in hotel. Soon after our entrance there was a herd of Bisons was ready to welcome, then there were few springs and finally we make our halt @ Norris Geyser Basin. Norris has many geysers, hot steam coming out from the earth which was looking as if the earth is showing her anger and ready to erupt any time. When it erupts, it looks like, it is saying “no more torcher or I am gonna steam you”. The colorful water around geyser looked like, earth is puking. Well I am not trying to show you the negative side of park, so no more bad talks.
Earth Puke
Beauty of the nature is beyond comparison, even if you have been to a good hotel, pub, disc but when you see Mountains, plateaus, rivers you forget everything. You are mesmerized by the view that Mother Earth has. To enjoy such a view, we drove to the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. Dusk was falling rapidly which closed rest of the points and we moved to search for our rest place and some food.
Paint Pot
Morning we had American breakfast and reentered the park to throw some natural paint. Yellowstone has a place called as fountain paint pot. Volcanic heat and gases rise through Earth’s crust mixes with water from rain and snow to make mud. Then few microorganisms and minerals are added to complete the recipe and cooking/fountain pot is ready for you.
Old Faithful
Just in case if you are not excited by this, we have faith in the Old faithful geyser which erupts after regular intervals to a height of 20-30 feet. It is one of the most famous geyser of park. On the way back, we met our old big bulky friend Bison on the road. There was one more geyser on the way and few scenic spots, I forgot their names. When we were about to return, we found out that the road is closed after covering about 50 miles, hence we had to turn back and found another route. GPS was making our way back to the same road again and again-useless, Mobiles were not in network-damn. So we used the best way to know route-ask someone. We stopped a car on highway and they helped us to make our way back to home.
Help
The new route was beyond comparison, it was like, as if we are going to Leh Laddakh (my dream place). We passed through a historic place known as The Last Mountain-Dead Indian Pass (Red Indians, not the Indians from India). Besides historical sorrow, it’s a good lookout point. Then we passed through all colors of mountain and finally home sweet home.

1st Long Weekend

Now a days, a term known as Long Weekend has become quite famous-thanks to our IT culture. It is defined as any weekend greater than 2 days, even if it’s just 3 days. I witnessed one of such in recent days and since it was the 1st long weekend of US for me, I was quite excited. It came in the form of Memorial Day Holiday on Monday May 25. I planned a road trip which included 5 friends, 4days, 3000 miles, 2 National Parks and 1 premium SUV and lots of nashta(Snacks).

Drive to Glacier
We started on Friday May 23 after completing our office work towards Montana-Glacier National Park in our car-Chevrolet Tahoe. We had 5 guys and among them 4 drivers, all are supposed to drive but when I took the first look, it was looking like a goddamn truck. I was doubting myself (Caution: Never ever doubt yourself, man has reached Moon so definitely Sky is not the limit) whether I’ll be able to drive it, but after some time, I was driving it as if I have driven it from months. In US, driving is fun. Note that you will not enjoy much in the national park but the drive to the park is awesome, you will be driving through a road called as “going to the Sun road” and its worth to drive there. So drive slowly and enjoy the view, they are strict about speed limits and animals can come on the road anytime so be careful and enjoy the ride.

Truck
We reached Glacier National Park next morning and even after I said multiple times that we should roam around park first and then hit the hotel, people with me wanted to check out hotel first just to get refresh which we can do in any restaurant/rest area. Just to save time and spend it in the park instead of hotel. Unfortunately or fortunately when we reached hotel, it was closed so we got fresh in a restaurant had kind of ok Lunch and started exploring Glacier National Park.

The Group
Most of the park was closed except the Avalanche trail. The trail was supposed to be small but it was bit long. It took around 30mins to reach the end, but in the end it was worth the efforts. There was a large glacier with small lake and a great picturesque view. We clicked lot of pics there and then headed back. Last of course not the least, I met 2 girls on the way down and got to know that they were Indian, although at first look no one can identify that they are Indians. I was surprised to know that. One was Punjabi another Gujju. It was nice to meet someone from our region in an unknown area. Our 15 mins talk was so intense that we became good friends, they say we make friends everywhere. I had say that’s true. Next station was subway followed by hotel.

Tulip Festival, Iowa

People in Dutch Flavour
Want to see something old from a new glass, Orange City Iowa is the place for you. It hosts Tulip Festival yearly to celebrate the Dutch Heritage. This year they celebrated the 75th Anniversary and I was fortunate to spot the event. I had to convince my friends to come to the agreement that it is going to be a good show and believe me it was aaaawesome.

Best Pic
Tulip Festival’s main attraction besides variety of Tulips is the Parade. There are 2 parades in the festival, 1st in afternoon and 2nd in eve. We started a bit late Saturday morning and hence we were not able to see the 1st but the 2nd one. As soon as we reached there, we had subway (Note: wherever you go in US, there are few restaurants like Subway, Pizza hut, Chipotle where you can get affordable veg. So you may want to look for them, if you don’t find good local veggie). So we waited for the parade and before that enjoyed the puppet show, horse ride-a tour of downtown and entertainment on road.

Tulips Close up
The most important part of the festival was that the whole town was submerged in Dutch color, everyone and everywhere, we can find people roaming in Dutch dresses. They look pretty cool hence I clicked couple with them. Not only the dresses but the shoes too were unique. Wooden shoes are typical Dutch heritage. They were useful in wet soil in Netherlands from where the Dutch people came.

Parade Snap
Finally the time came for the evening parade for which we travelled around 3 hours. All the way from Minnesota to Iowa. It consisted of bands from different schools, but exactly same format. Every group consisted of a banner in starting showing the name of group followed by 3 persons facing towards the band, giving them directions, followed by around 5-6 rows of different instruments and last instrument will be flute. Then there were King and Queen of festival, antique cars, bike gang, tractors and many more.

Lots of Tulips
Overall parade experience was really cool. After completing the parade, we tried to have coffee in the old wooden shoe factory (now a coffee shop), unfortunately it was closed. Anyways we stopped for some food on the way and finally made it to our place on time.

Taylor Falls

Taylor Falls

No swift here, still you will be swifting with the flow if you don’t know canoeing or kayaking. Taylors Falls is a city in Chisago County, Minnesota, United States, often known as Village on the river. There is an Interstate State Park, built on the beautiful St. Croix River which comes under Taylor Falls and serve as a good outdoor spot just outside Minneapolis.

Warning-Bear(Balu) Spotted
One fine day, I was in conversation with a friend discussing weekend plans, by the way that’s my daily discussion since spring. He informed me that he likes to go out, but didn’t get company. I said, that’s it.. I can give you company and the plan was decided for Taylor Falls. Well you know that I am always in to go out. Personally, I believe that -as much as we go out, we learn new things from new people we met. Yes its expensive, but its fun.

We drove in my Honda accord V6 coupe for this adventure. We started late, still reached on time as its just 1hr drive from our place. There are 2 trails available-one will take you on the river side and another one towards road side. We took the river one while going and road while coming back. On the way, we stopped for Ice-cream, it was good and cheap. If you have not taken any lunch/breakfast you can have it here, it’s good. Local street food is always good to have, it gives a diff taste and makes sense of the quote, When in Rome.

Next adventure and a real one was Canoeing, I have done paddle boating in resting calm water but not the canoeing in any kind of water. I tell you, if you are planning to do canoeing for the first time, have 2 persons in canoe, but let only one drive the boat. Else it may keep on rotating and if it’s flowing water, no matter where you are taking the boat, there are chances of the boat going with the flow. We drove the boat 2 times, and the 2nd time we learnt how to drive it. Next 2 days my hands were hurting like anything due to canoeing, but I must say it was fun activity.
One more friend Balu accompanied us and the most interesting thing is the park people already knew that he was coming and posted warning notice which states “Bear Seen”
